Policy Perspective... Jaime

If I were the President of Liberia, and to prevent a civil war I would negotiate directly with the group. Because If I use the military forces it would be catastrophic, first because the army is not completely trained, also because it would happen the same as Charles Taylor, and finally because it would disturb the peace of the country.
The inconvenient of this option is that the country would be corrupt again, but to prevent this I would establish a treat with the rebels and no one could work in the government, to don't give them power, but they would have more opportunities of job in important companies.
