1. How do you handle this new threat from the rebels?
I would try to negotiate with the group and if that doesn´t works, I would use military force.

2. Do you adopt a hard-line policy against them in hopes of defeating them?
or do you attempt reconciliation in hopes of minimizing the prospect of further bloodshed, but at the price of bringing your enemies into the government and thus undermining some of your goals?
I think I would attempt reconciliation, because that´s a better way of solving the conflics; of course there´s a risk at bringing my enemies into my government, but its a risk i have to take and maybe I can reach my goals in another way or there maybe another solution for it.
