I will attempt reconciliation in hopes of minimizing further bloodshed, I will negociate directly with the Rebel group, because I think it is better than fighting. Also, with this option we can come to an agreement in which both sides would benefit. Coming to an agreement instead of war would bring peace rather than revenge.
Although I know it would be very difficult to come to an agreement, it would be the best option. But, I know an agreement most likely not work because the Rebel group loves fighting and wants to gain more power; they want gain control over everything.
